I didn’t just witness East Palo Alto’s history in the 90's —I lived it.

Raised right here in East Palo Alto, educated in our local schools, first-generation Tongan American, my roots in this city run deep. Over the years, I’ve lived on Hazelwood Way, Newell Court (West Park), O'Connor Street, and in The Village District. I graduated preschool from the Little Bluehouse in 1992, 8th grade from 49ers Academy, and attended Menlo Atherton with youth from The Mid-Town District.  This community shaped who I am.

As a businesswoman holding degrees in Political Science and Business Management, I combine practical fiscal discipline with deep policy knowledge, and I bring independent, common-sense leadership to City Hall—putting the people's interest first, every single time.

My promise to EPA is simple: Get the basics right first.

Before we expand development, we must fix our aging water infrastructure and secure our flood defenses. We cannot build East Palo Alto’s future on deteriorating pipes.

Once our city's foundation is secure, I will fight to:

• Prevent Displacement & Protect Housing: Keep local families and long-time residents in their homes.

• Support Local Small Businesses: Keep wealth inside EPA by empowering our neighborhood entrepreneurs.

• Calm Neighborhood Traffic: Make our streets safer for children, families, and seniors across all neighborhoods.

• Invest in Youth & Parks: Expand safe, enriching recreational and educational opportunities for our next generation.
